The Southern California Chapter of the Evangelical Church Library Association welcomes all church librarians and assistants (or those interested) in the southern California area to join us for a morning of fellowship and peer-mentoring. We will be meeting at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar just off the 60 (Pomona) Freeway. Morning refreshments will be served. A tour of their library will follow the meeting. Optional lunch.

The Fall meeting will be hosted at Buena Park Library. Our special guest speaker, Phyllis Nisle, will discuss the development of a collection of Christian books within the public library fiction collection. She will demo review tools and discuss their Overdrive collection of eBooks as well. A tour of the large public library will follow. We at First Baptist Church of Alexandria, VA are significantly downsizing our library and are offering much of our current collection and all of our unprocessed books (100s of each) to our fellow church librarians. We will only be keeping the following:
