I have had our secretary open the library during office hours for people to self check books and I go up once a week to wipe down books and stuff...but I am wondering if we should completely close down because we are not isolating books and wiping do
We are trying to organize books into a library. I looked at Dewey but most of the congregation would not understand this as the church has predominantly people over 60 who do not even own computers or use Internet.

Question for someone. I am in the process of splitting up the 22 volume set of John Calvin's commentaries to be filed with the book (s) of the Bible. I've read what Eva Nell said about those more than 12 vol. in 2013. This is a real hard one.

Does anyone carry Graphic Novels in their church library? If so, where do you classify them. Dewey says 721.4. Since we don't put Fiction in the 800's, I wonder if we should not put the Graphic novels in 700's, but in Fiction?
