We have had eBooks thru Overdrive several years now and it is very popular. In our regular church library we allow anyone in the community to sign up for a library card. About a third of our patrons are non members. As for eBooks thru Overdrive, if they are eligible for a physical book library card they can also get an eBook membership. We do, however, limit patrons to living in our county or the immediate surrounding counties.
