Today, May 4th, is the release of the movie "The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry". It was in limited release in the theaters and Rita Kirkland and I had a chance to see it. It is a MUST BUY for all church libraries. It is a beautiful story of an older man mentoring young boys in his town and the influence that he has on their lives, as well as the influence they have on him. LifeWay is carrying it and I plan to buy it today.

  • I saw it in the theater also and LOVED IT. What a special message it has, and I cannot wait to get it in our church library. I kept the poster that was in the church during the time it was showing in the theater so I can pull it out for promoting the DVD in the library.
