     Classes and schedules are subject to change.  The church is handicap accessible.

    All classes will be available in person, and some will be available via Zoom. 

  • All meetings will be available in person and via Zoom.

     

    Reminder that the deadline to apply for a scholarship and the discounted early registration fee is Saturday, March 15.

    The fee increases $20 after that date. The deadline to guarantee meals is Monday, March 24

    It's almost finally here. Tomorrow, Friday, March 28 is our VCLA Spring Conference "Planting New Seeds." Registration begins at 12:30 pm, Welcome & Class Information at 1:30 pm followed by classes at 2:15 pm and ends at 8 pm. Saturday Registration begins at 8 am, Welcome & Class Information at 8:30 am, followed by classes at 9:15 am and we end at 3:30 pm.

    If you wanted to join us and forgot to register, we do allow walkins however meals are not guaranteed. Parking is in the Mulberry Street lot and enter the building through the double doors under the awning. We hope you will come and join us for a time of training and Christian fellowship with with other church librarians.

      Hi Marie, I we just got everything finalized yesterday. I just updated all of the information about the event. Besides Facebook and Instagram you can always find our information on our website vacla.org. All of the conference information is under the upcoming events tab and then Spring 2025. If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope you will be able to join us. Lee

      PS - Which church are you with in Clayton? My old pastor still lives there as far as I know of.

        St. Ann Catholic Church. We are starting our Library and need information in regards to everything! Subject titles to Weeding to Lending practices and on and on.
