Just a reminder about the upcoming fall conference, Celebrating 65 Years of VCLA, on Saturday, October 21. The deadline for the scholarship application and early discounted registration fee is tomorrow, October 1. The price for in-person will increase to $50 for VCLA members or $60 for non-members. You can also pay the registration fee either via Zelle or PayPal. You can find us by searching either by name for Virginia Church Library Association, by email address vachurchlibrary@gmail.com, or by phone (804) 306-3862. Transaction fees do apply.

If you are planning on applying for a scholarship, please let us know by either emailing the information to vachurchlibrary@gmail.com or if you are mailing it so we will know for planning purposes. The registrations have been slowly coming in but there’s still plenty of room for you to register and join us. We do hope you will make plans for yourself and your library staff to come and join us for a time of training and fellowship. Just a reminder that today, Sunday, October 15 is the last day to register and guarantee meals for the Fall Conference next weekend. The registration fee for VCLA members is $50 and non-members $60. We will accept walk-ins at the conference but meals are not guaranteed. You can also join us via Zoom for a registration fee of $20. Payment can be made either through PayPal, Zelle, or at the conference. Search for us any of the following ways on PayPay and Zell: Virginia Church Library Association, vachurchlibrary@gmail.com, or 804-306-3862. We will need to know by today if you are planning on coming and paying at the conference.
