The deadline to apply for a scholarship and receive the discounted registration fee is April 15.  After that date, the registration fee will increase by $20. The scholarships are designed to bring first time conference attendees to the conference and see everything VCLA has to offer as well as receive training from the classes offered. Financial assistance is available to help offset the conference fees. The deadline to guarantee meals is May 1.
