      WHAT--A Homeric, Epic and Unimaginable Book Grab and

Coffee Klatch!

      WHO--YOU are encouraged to come to grab!  The most fun will be had in the 10 am hour!

      WHY—In closing down North Riverside Baptist Church Library, we have carried away Fiction, Non-fiction and everything in between! 

         CAVEAT—If you have a “10 year©-and-discard” policy, there will be slim pickings for you!

This conference is in conjunction with the Evangelical Church Librarian Association's Librarian Day, held on Friday, May 3,  at Baker Book House in Grand Rapids, MI.  The conference is on Saturday, May 4, and there will be workshops, discussions and an informative panel that will give insight into running church libraries.

The 2018 Pacific Northwest Association of Church Libraries (PNACL) Conference on June 22-23, in Corvallis, Oregon is not to be missed. It will include 9 workshops, round table discussions on many topics of interest to all librarians, and an "author shuffle" where at least 12 authors will be sharing about their books.  These authors and other book vendors will be selling their books at the conference. Keynote Speaker is Melody Carlson. See pnacl.org for a registration form.

This library workshop is open to all library workers. We are inviting all workers from any aspect of library work to attend. The workshop is also open to library workers from surrounding states, private schools and public libraries.
