Many of us have had the joy of serving with Ian Richardson through the years. He is retiring on December 31st from the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board. As Director of Communication Services, he served church librarians in Mississippi for nineteen years. He was a faithful member of our LifeWay Church Library National Team by attending our each of our gatherings through the years. And he was a great host to all the Mississippi State Convention church library conferences in church all over the state. Thank you, Ian, for all your contributions to church librarians in Mississippi and beyond. You have been a true champion for church library ministry.
Emerging Church Libraries: Dream Come True!
Carol Buckles had a dream for her Virginia church that is now a reality. Her post is categorized as an Emerging Church Library because she led her team to set up a Little Free Library along the side of a sidewalk outside their building.
