  • Ruth,

We have used it at our church also for at least 10 years now.  It is very user friendly.  Which church are you with in Lynchburg?  I didn't see you in our database to receive emails about events and other things VCLA does.

  • We have used Concourse for a long time.  Love how user friendly it is.

  • Reminder that Bon Air Baptist Church Library Staff (Buford Road Campus) & VCLA are hosting a Coffee & Chat next Saturday, January 12th from 10-12 pm.  This is a Free Event for church librarians to network and fellowship with other librarians. We will learn How to Promote Your Library as well as a Round-table Discussion on topics of interest.  Please RSVP to Susan Thorniley at susan.thorniley@verizon.net  ASAP or by Thursday, January 10.   Susan is trying to see how many people are actually planning on coming.  Attached is a flier which provides more detailed information.

Let's talk Book Clubs and Reading Groups

On October 21, 2023 while we are together in Richmond, we are going to share our experiences and ideas about book clubs. I thought it would be fun to continue to share our stories beyond the conference. So I am setting up a forum for our conversations going forward about our book clubs and reading groups so that I can put the link in our handout. Can't wait to be with all of you on Zoom. Surely do wish I could be with you in person! Morlee
