What resources should be in an Associational Library?

I have started attending Associational meetings to promote our resources (as in me! as their rep). At one recent meeting, I was asked by the assoc admin assistant what I would recommend for an assoc library? Since I am new to this side of things, I am asking your input.

My intuition says they should have the following:
-Pastoral resources
-listings of what individual churches might share
-perhaps start a collection of Bible studies that churches can borrow

Any other suggestions? Please let me know. And thank you to all other ideas and comments on these Q&A's.
