I changed the catalog background in Atrium Express to roses and created two book lists, one on Love and the other on Valentine's Day. These lists can be accessed from the catalog home page under the Lists tab and can be managed in the Patrons menu bar under Book Lists. I can add to and delete materials as needed, as well as publish or unpublish them. This way I don't have to create a book list each year but I can update any list with new items. I refer to these lists when choosing books for the display window.
A few years ago, I put up a small tree in the foyer with cut out paper valentines. Each valentine carried the name of a children’s book on my wish list. Parishioners took the hearts and purchased the books that I had requested. There was an overwhelming result.

First Baptist Church Hutchins TX 2022 theme is Cruising in the Library. Model cars of one of our library team are being used in displays. Adults and Youth are invited to Go Cruising on a Blind Date with a Book during February. We will also give artificial roses to everyone with a note reminding them to visit during Library Lovers Month
Our library is swathed in pink, red and lace we used a couple lace tablecloths over red plastic ones from the dollar store. All of the books on display have the word love, romance, valentine or kiss in the title and we have 2 heart shaped tins one with regular candy one with sugar free (I bought the tins at Hobby Lobby)

Let's add our ideas to this not-too-distant Valentine discussion.
