How often do you have your church library team meet for planning and training?

With the recent lay-off of our paid person, we just started having a work day the second Saturday of the month since most of our volunteers have full-time jobs. I have not been able to attend yet but maybe if we add lunch we can get more people out! I would like to have a library workshop with some other churches in our area possibly in the fall. With our team leaders learning how to divide up the librarian tasks, everyone is overwhelmed right now so I think a workshop might go over better in the fall.
