How do you plan to show your love and appreciation for your team members through Christmas or Hanukkah this year? Does your team have traditions? Do you give them a gift with words of appreciation?

We have a Christmas luncheon together, paid from the volunteer money set aside for the ministry. I had coasters made with a photo of the library on them and gave one to each volunteer on the staff. For the Sunday volunteers, a donation was made to a ministry in their name.
I have filled gift bags with a Christmas mug and enough of my spiced tea mix to get them through the holidays, a vintage Christmas note pad I found on eBay, a fun ink pen, lip balm, and Ghirardelli chocolate peppermint bark!
I decorated the library with a 4' Chrismon tree as well as some other decorations. We have both an adult and children's section with all the Christmas books, DVDs and CDs.
I put a poinsettia in church in honor of the library staff. I also make Lemon Yogurt Tea Bread and give a loaf to each staff member with a card thanking them for serving for the year.
We go out for lunch the first Monday of the month all year long and do not exchange gifts however we do decorate a small tree and tell people to take a small ornament with them. That way by end of month the tree is ready to go back in it;s box
