Is there any new information regarding the status of children's books printed prior to 1986? Are we required to remove them from our collection?

I apologize for not responding quicker. My question is a followup request for any new information about the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act concerning lead in children's products. Have there been any new guidelines for libraries since the February, 2010, extension made to libraries?
