  • It is also possible to prepare a list of all items that have been checked out since Concourse was installed. This requires administrative permission.  (I am writing from brief notes and a senior memory, so i may not have every little detail noted.)

    On the tool bar check Activities, then Administration, then Review History to display the review pane.  Under the Limit History drop down select Check Out.  Enter the patron ID in the proper box. If you don't have the ID, click the little box on the right (with three dots) and enter the patron name.  Turn off the date limit feature (or supply desired date range.)  Click the little box for Print Details.

    To view the report click the second icon at the top of the page. I think it  shows a sheet of paper with a magnifying glass.   To print click the first icon. The printed list will have each title in small print.

    I tried this out tonight for the first time. If you have trouble with my directions, please ask for help.

    If you do not have administrative permission the person that set up your user ID/Password should be able to help you.

    • I haven't done this lately, but one time I printed a report for a patron who had been checking out items for several years.  Word of advice:  put date parameters if you don't want a long, long list -- we also needed a magnifying glass to read that particular list!  :-)

  • Janet, In the next reply I am going to put a "printscreen" image of the checkout screen or circulation desk window where you can review a patron's checkout activity. (Choose 'review patron' on the right of your circulation desk window.) Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the circ desk window to scroll to the right and see if you have other columns besides the barcode column that are not showing in the window.  

    Place your cursor on the line dividing the columns; (the cursor should show as a plus sign with arrows on each end of the horizontal bar) then drag the cursor toward the Barcode column.  You should have about 11 columns. You can make them as wide or as narrow as you want.

    It may be possible to rearrange the order, but at the moment, I don't remember if or how that is done! :)

    I hope this will help.  It is frustrating sometimes to not be able to access the information that you need!

    • I tried the printscreen image, but the file was too large.  So . . .  I will try to explain with words!

      Open the "circulation desk" window using the 'Checkout' button.  Enter the patron barcode number or name to access their record.  Choose the "review patron" button on the right side of the Circ Desk to see items that have been checked out in their name.  Continue with the instructions that I suggested above.

      Please post again if you still have problems or if my instructions are not clear.
