Thank you for your replies & helpful hints. I'm sorry that pdf is the only option allowed, but am glad that it is allowed.
I'm so thankful for knowing I have online support like this, even though I'm not on here a great deal. Since I recently became librarian assistant and now most recently the head librarian for our church, I've learned so much through this forum and through perusing resources available.
I'm going through all our adult book sections & streamlining books into categories according to my "green book" (A Classification System for Church Libraries). It's become extremely used - I hope it lasts a looooong time. I'll probably get the pdf form when money is next available & put it into clear paper protectors.

Is there a hard copy coming out? Is the only way to get the print-off?
I do have 2 copies of the revised versions, but was wishing to purchase new books for my new assistant librarians.

Unfortunately, they would only let us do the pdf edition. We are not able to do a print edition.

only pdf . Remember to check the box, "shrink oversized pages" or you will be cutting off a bunch. Been there, done that.

P.S. I will probably choose to order it when I am at church, so it can be printed there and I can have it printed front and back of each page. (Duplex method.)
my printer in the library will not do that- may print it at home. Did they ever settle the issue of copyright? I am going to buy one. Where we are now, that's enough I think as I am doing all the classification.
