Girl Politics by Nancy Rue is excellent choice for girls 6-8 graders. Deals with cliques and girl politics at a crucial age. All of Nancy Rue books are good - geared towards elementary and middle grades. Nice to hear that you are pursuing books for your library in deal with this subject vs. skirting these issues under the carpet. Blessings
Thank you for another resource option! I think we have ignored these issues too long!! In general, in these areas, the world's influence is not being challenged by the biblical worldview.

Every Young Woman's Battle- cannot remember author- she's written a series for women, men, and young men, and young women. Also, In the Best Possible Light - Beneth Peter Jones- which shows girls how to choose clothing based on body type to show off best features.
When chuck colson was still doing Breakpoint, there was a woman at Harvard who was doing a lot on modesty, and saying no. I'll see if I can find it.
