  • We have bound our church publications, i.e. Sunday Bulletin, Wednesday Communicator and monthly church Messenger since the 1950s.  In 1998 the church History Committee used them in addition to church members and many other sources to write a church history for 150th celebration.  They also used the Mississippi Baptist Historical Commission collections.  We will keep the bound copies indefinitely.  The cost of the binding is put on the History Committee's budget, not the Library Budget.

      We keep the few magazines we stock for 3 years and then discard as part of a Give-away we do for weeded books and duplicates.
