With Concourse open, go to the "Help" menu on the main menu bar. You have two options to find instructions for doing the inventory. I would suggest that you print each of these, so that you can have them in front of you as you are planning and working your inventory.
From the drop-down help menu,
1. choose "Help Topics" and Select the "index" tab and type in the word "inventory" -- you will get a drop-down list of instructions. Choose each to access the information and then print.
2. Choose "User Guide" and find the index in the on-line book. Scroll down until you find inventory and the pages listed. (In my version, pp 140 - 145 ---but when you put the pages in the page field at the top of the screen and go to those pages, it isn't exact; just keep scrolling down until you find the Chapter 10 on Inventory. Here again, you can print those pages to place in a notebook for further reference.
If you have further questions when you have followed those instructions, you can get help from the tech team at BookSystems. Be sure to keep your tech support paid every year, so that you will have easy and almost instant access to their technicians. They are great helpers!
