Just had call from Bryan Gilde, minister to students for FBC, Rincon, GA. I told him I would pass along his question to you. He is planning to add a shelf to their library where they will have 2 copies of each title that the pastor recommends. I know many of you do such in your library. Here's his question, Where do you get grant money?

Bryan,
Our church library received $600 one time from the Wal-Mart Foundation. Every Wal-Mart gives out money each quarter and you might just be fortunate enough to be a recipient. Go to the service desk and ask to speak to the person that handles the foundation. They will give you a one page, simple sheet to fill out. $1000 is the maximum they give. You have to be a non-profit to qualify and you will need your church's 501-C3 tax ID number.
