I researched Concourse (Book Systems), ResourceMate (Jaywill), and Surpass systems carefully last year, including about 70 hours of demo time among these. I decided Concourse was the best, ordered it, and have been very pleased with the decision now that we have completed the automation process and have our catalog online through the web and in the library.
