Here are some basics:
Author field: if there is a host/speaker on the DVD we put it here
Note field: This is where we list what the bonus features are, the rating, etc.
Summary: summarize the movie plot or basic content if it's nonfiction
Technical: where we list any foreign languages that are subtitled or dubbed, the running time, whether widescreen or not.
Fields like publisher, copyright year, subject headings are pretty self-explanatory.
We use Concourse, so I am not sure if you have the same fields, but you can adapt it.
