DVD Collection Promotion

Looking for themes/ideas to promote our DVD collection. 
Circulation for DVDs is nil. We want to present a strong promotion to determine if our church will show any interest in using DVDs. If not, we will know that we can use that space for other items. 

In what ways have you seen an increase in DVD circulation?
