We are having many 'glitches' when using Concourse. I know that Atrium is a web based system but that's all I know. Can someone explain the difference between Concourse and Atrium? Also, should we consider the expense and time spent training to switch to Atrium?

While Concourse is a great system I would definitely recommend updating to Atrium. Patrons can access your system for renewals and reserves. You can generate email overdue notices. The on-line catalog is available 24/7. You can run all kinds of statistical reports. This just touches the surface. Go to Book Systems web site for more information.
