Lynda is correct about P-Link. You can find information in the help file index under "plink" without the hyphen. We do not use P-Link; I know it is used in school applications and would be very useful for very large libraries. (Not to say it wouldn't be useful for any of us to update records -- to move groups from one patron class to another -- children to juvenile, for example -- but we have not chosen to purchase it.)
BCMaster, I suppose, is the Barcode print function . A license can be purchased to enable users of Concourse to print barcodes for the items processed.
If BC is the barcode, we have that function - - as Sandra said, it's an additional cost. We print ALL our barcodes in our FBC Library. What is great about this part of the program is if one of your very young patrons rips a barcode off a book, you can print just one to replace - - - or as many as you need when you are processing new books.
I have not used them but from what we have been told in classes, the P-Link will link into most church software programs like Shelby where it can extract library patrons' personal information such as addresses, birthdays, etc.
