  • We use Concourse from Book Systems. I checked out several before purchasing Concourse, and I am completely satisfied with our choice. I purchased Resource Mate first, but was not happy with it. I returned it and purchased Concourse. It is very user friendly. At the time I purchased Concourse, we got a discounted price because we are not a large church, so be sure to ask about that if you decide to go with Councourse.

    • You can also check out www.libraryworld.com an online program that is quite reasonable. I believe that is the program www.thechristianlibrary.org (which I mentioned in another post) uses if you want to ask them any questions.

  • For every librarian I am sure you will hear, but I will tell you what we use. We use PC Card Catalog. We are very pleased. It is very user friendly and takes one page entry to form the catalog, the labels and record any memorials, honorariums, etc. Even our small children can use the card catalog. You can contact the company, Library Concepts at 817-346-0928. The cost is very competitive and the designer is very friendly and helpful. Blessings as you check out the software. We use a Dell computer and we have several for our people to use. We have been very pleased with our Dells.

  • I highly recommend ResourceMate. We have been using it for a number of years and find it to be user friendly and to have great tech support. It is very reasonably priced. Check it out at ResourceMate.com. I believe there is a trial version that will let you "play with it" before you buy.
  • Hi, my name is Marty Woodall, my recommendation would be Concourse by Book Systems located in Huntsville, al. It is very user friendly and if you enter something wrong you can actually make corrections with no problem. Also when you have a question or problem they probably have the very best tech support people. I usually can't even explain the problem very well and they manage to figure it out. Or better yet if you have internet access to the computer they can take control from their office.
