Last week our young adult minister became our Discipleship Pastor. Making this change during the week before promotion day and the official start of our new church year was quite a challenge. He did very well considering all that was already planned for last week and yesterday. My pray is that he and I can talk about the Enrichment Center's role in our church's new disciple making strategy sometime soon. We never connected well during his years as young adult minister. I think he will be our liason staff member.
Great connections are growing with our age group ministers.
And we have a completely new staff for the Finance area. Totally new people so I'm praying about those relationships.
