If you're looking for titles ... here are a few .... .
Pilgrim's Progress (comes in different versions for different ages), by John Bunyan
The Practice of the Presence of God, by Brother Lawrence
Mere Christianity, by C.S. Lewis
The Pursuit of God, by A.Z. Tozer
As a starter, I would try ChristianBook.com. Type in 'classic fiction' in the search bar. On left side select 'Books, e-books', then select 'Fiction'. This will provide a list of about 4,000 adult and children's classic fiction books that I would hope is church friendly. If only interested in physical products (not e-books), also select 'Media Type' then 'Physical Products' to shorten the list to about 2,000 titles.
In our Family Discipleship section, we also carry a great book, The Read Aloud Family, by Sarah MacKenzie. As the title suggests, she writes about how to begin a read-aloud program in your family, but also provides lists of great children's books.

Also try GoodReads list of classic fiction books, but some might not be appropriate for a church library.
