Church Surveys to Determine Your Ministries

We are building our media center from the ground up after years of little use.  Has anyone used surveys to find out what church members/staff/ministers need from the library?  If so, what types of questions did you ask, how did you circulate the survey and did you receive enough back to make a determination of your ministries? ministries, surveys

    Marilyn, I have two different surveys that we were going to use at our church.  I tried to send them to you, but the document didn't like this format.  If you want, I can send you a hard copy, or your e-mail and I'll try to attach to a document.

    Marilyn, I have attached two surveys that we have contemplating using, but we went another direction and didn't use them to date.  Good ideas and questions though.  Let me know if you cannot open Word documents and I'll send you hard copies.  BEV

      Bev,

      I am able to open the documents and they are very helpful.  I will share this with our associate minister this week to get his OK  or see if he has other ideas.  I will share if he has helpful insights.    Thank you.
