I am considering going to an automated system using the Surpass software.
Does anyone have experience with this product??
I would appreciate any comments both pros and cons.

Thank you for responding. I will probably have to go buy a
laser printer as recommended by Surpass. Dot Matrix was what I
was thinking when I posted that, but I have an ink jet printer.
They recommend laser because it prints crisper than ink jet. So,
I will try the ink jet to see IF it works...Have a great day.

I'm sure as I go along I will have lots of questions.
Right now I would like to know if the printed bar codes work
for you? and if you use a laser printer or dot matrix?
