I do a training at least once a year. We use Atriuum. I have found that it works best for everyone to have their own device to practice at the training. Experienced volunteers typically come and provide assistance. Each Sunday and Wednesday of the year are listed on signupgenius.com. Volunteers sign up for dates that works best for them to serve in the library.
