  • Hi Kris! The Church Library Ministry Information Service covers everything. You will find a chapter on each of the following: Administration, Classification and Cataloging, Collection Development, and Promotion. The authors are all experienced church librarians who also provide training for church librarians. This resource comes now as a pdf download that you can save to your computer and print as you wish. Many librarians have downloaded it an office supply store since there are 150 pages. Three holepunch or spiral bind it. Put it in a binder you already have that you are not using now. You will also find two other books on the CLN that we once had in print. I will email you the links to these free books.
  • I see references to the Church Library Ministry Information Service, and I am considering purchasing the download. I've been curious as to what is inside! This course gives me an idea. Our library is established, and I think I could benefit from some of the information. I will also be assisting another campus to move and enlarge their library, and it might be very helpful for them.
