I have quiet spots in my house, but if you're like me, the house is like a husband's/spouses' office, and everything distracts you.

I'm a WSJ subscriber and read this article when it was published.  My thought was that it's too bad people need a place to go in order to be quiet enough to read.  They have to be forced to turn off all distractions and sit with a book.  Somehow I am able to do that at home.

Awesome article!! Perhaps more reasons are emerging for us to continue to rethink our church libraries.
