Trouble finding a video

I am trying to locate a video that involved searching  for a library worker,someone new, but does not have to be a rocket scientist.   This video was available on CLN several years ago.  I've tried searching CLN using different search terms, but none have worked.  Help me find this clip and thanks for your help.See More

Reorganizing Children's Non-fiction : A Dewey Hybrid Model

I came across an article in the ALSC blog on how one library has reorganized the shelving of Children's non-fiction book. Their idea is to select a small number of subjects and file books within those headings in Dewey order.
