Church Library Team Leader (Director)

  • Recruiting team members
  • Supervising team
  • Planning
  • Training new workiers and library users
  • Public relations
  • Selecting of library materials
  • Coordinate weeding
  • Administer budge t
  • Coordinate team and work
  • Prepare list for programs, teachers, etc.

Associate Team Leader

  • Assists and fills in for Team Leader
  • Responsibility for circulation and desk
  • Checking inventory
  • Directing self reading
  • Responsibility for gift and membership records

Technical Process Leader

  • Cataloging materials for circulatio0n
  • Dewey Decimal Classification, computer input and labels

Maintenance Leader

  • Label, stamp and prepare materials for circulation
  • Covering and mainataining library materials

Promotion Leader

  • Design and carro out promotion and decorative idea

ALL: Working together in harmony with the Lord's leadership
