What is a good way to catalog Video conference Materials. The one I am working with is a set of 5 DVDs in a case.

  Ann ~ Thank you so much for your reply. I'm sorry I have not responded til now... many life events have gotten in the way. This is so helpful! I'm grateful for you taking the time to lay this out. When I finally get back to work in the library, I'll let you know how it turns out.
