CONNECTING WITH SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF INDIVIDUALS:

• READING/CONFERENCE: Read the following articles or select articles of your choice AND/OR participate in a conference on spiritual growth.

4. Reading the Bible for Transformation 

• INTERVIEW several customers about ways the library can help them grow spiritually. Consider the following guide for interviewing individual customers of your library: How to Interview Individuals about Ways the Library Can Help Them Grow Spiritually.

• DEVELOP a strategy or service to help people grow spiritually. Use the strategy that your church is using such as this Spiritual Growth Assessment. Or search for an assessment online.

• IMPLEMENT your new strategy or service.

• EVALUATE the process after 2-3 months of implementation by talking with the individuals who took the assessment. When you complete the evaluation and make the necessary revisions in the strategy or service, share your strategy or service on the CLN.
